Last June, they sold me a "plan" to get 6 cavities fixed and to do cleaning. So the added everything together and I payed one flat rate for everything. And got on there financial services. Where I can pay off the bill. I go into today and I get told I owe them $117.00 for the cavity that I was going to have fixed today. Which was part of the the original "plan". This place is a joke. If I could give this NO stars it would be just that. This office is horrific - services are sold then not delivered. Dr. Singhal will not provide follow up care or stand behind the products (dentures) he sells. Sold a full set of dentures to my sister and delivered only the temporary set for the lowers and refusing to refund or deliver the final, real set. Spent $2,000 to have the lower set unwearable and left with a blank set of gums to eat with. HORRIFIC - will not even answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm very disappointed in this office. I went to their office way over a year ago. It started with the free xrays and exam (and i had dental insurance back then). SO i had it done "free" - then i was told i needed immediate surgery, showed me how much it would cost me after insurance paid. I decided to get a 2nd opinion with Williamsburg Dental. I would give Aspen Dental negative stars if possible.... so many things went wrong with my husbands dental procedure, I don't even know where to begin. Ended up having to go to another dentist here in town to FIX WHAT ASPEN DID. Had to have emergency oral surgery because of the lack of knowledge from the dentist at Aspen. IF you are reading this, TRUST ME, do NOT go to Aspen Dental.

Several years ago, right after Aspen opened, I came in with a groupon for a x ray and tooth exam. When I left, I was scheduled for a cleaning and the filling of 2 cavities and had to sign something saying when I had it done, I would pay $560. I looked for prices of fillings and other dentists and found my current dentist who I love, who charges less than half the outrageous prices Aspen waa asking. Oh yes, they can get you in ASAP for your first appointment. But after that, consider waiting more than a month - and on the day of the appointment - be rescheduled. I need 3 fillings, and so far, these appointments have been re-scheduled about 3 times now. The dental clinic calls me the day of the appointment or the day before to cancel due to short staff. Clinic promotes free first appointment and/or see you as soon as the next business day, but after that - it's more like waiting. I won't be going back to this dentist.
