It’s been a week now and they still have not called back with the quote for a cleaning . When I went there for a simple exam to see what I needed they were instead going to do a complete tooth extraction. That I don’t need they don’t have any idea how to run a dentist practice. I’m now looking for another dentist after they scanned me my check up fees and never followed thru on completing their task they are a big joke .
I think some of your employees that say, “this job is awful!” “I hate my job!” need to focus more on what they’re putting in rather than finding time throughout their “busy day” to text and call harassing me for no reason. Started at 2:45 am. Stop! Anthony Rodriguez!
They reschedule your appointments at the last minute, 4 different appointments, they do not care about customer service, the office wait is HOURS, and they do not work with you insurance or budget and try to get you to do more work then you need. When you speak to the manager, you'll understand why they have poor customer service. Do not go here.

They said I had to get so much dental work done but I got a second opinion and I didn't need as much as they said I needed and they didn't warn me of a possible complication. I don't recommend this place at all. They don't care about your budget or well being
Wrote a survey of the poor service I experience at the Lubbock office. I was very disappointed and very upset the over charged service. I lost the call back number that was replied to my review.
This is the only oral surgeon in network for our insurance so we went to them. Our appointment was at 4:15 & waited until 6:40 to be seen. They did all 4 wisdom teeth extractions in less than 30 minutes & then rushed us out because they still had another patient waiting on extractions. Never once they explain that they were behind or never did they apologize for their tardiness. We will not be going back to this office.
My brother took my mom.... They asked when & how much it was going to be... They did not know anything.. It has been 5 days & they still have not called to let us know about the x-rays or if they can help my mom... The lady at the front desk was not very nice!! So up till now we have not heard a word from them ...
