had an appointment for two or three weeks confirmed appointment day be for and went and they had me in the computer but said I didn't have an appointment wtf

I would advise to stay as far away as possible from this place. horrible experience. Non stop pain from getting fillings. Been four months already. She was asian. No clue if she a real dentist or not. The hassle is spending more money to get my fillings fixed somewhere else. No way I would return. They will con you into surgeries you dont need. dont even think twice about this. Go elsewhere.

Bad services I got an infection after their services and didn’t want fix it right away. They said no emergencies

Took husband in on a Saturday morning due to severe toothache.. Before he was seen I had to pay $160.00 they said they were only treating the pain and taking X-ray of the bad tooth only. I Totally understood. I felt confident they were going to get him out of pain… They prescribed him a weak antibiotic and 600 mg Motrin. It hurt him to even do the X-ray. Long story short we continued through the weekend with him in throbbing pain he was taking 1000 mg Motrin (5 Motrin 200mg) and extra strength Tylenol every 2 hours literally... read more

Last week was my 1st time at the Aspen Dental in Lubbock! We’ve all gone to the one in Midland & LOVED it!! I walked in & didn’t even get a hello! They said ‘it will be $152.xx today!’ I told them I have ins & never had to pay for routine exam. The girl then went through my info & said ‘oh that’s right. You just need to pay for the fluoride.’ I asked if I could pass on that & she turned to ask the hygienist (sitting there eating) & he shook his head yes. I then sat & waited almost an hr. I had an appointment this morning, and they cancelled it and didn’t even let me know. The rude lady at the front told me that she tried to call and confirm my appointment yesterday and because I didn’t answer, they cancelled my appointment. When actually, I answered both times they called and they hung up on me :) even though I had already confirmed the appointment via text. I even tried to call them back after they hung up on me twice... and got no answer. What a joke.

Made appointments for my 3 children, got a call a few days before hand with them wanting to change the date on 1 of my kids appointments because “our dentist is going on vacation”, during that conversation the person on the phone said they were scheduled for the wrong times anyway. Rescheduled for today, got a confirmation call a few days ago, sat outside the building calling them for over half an hour and it looks like no one is even here. Can’t give a real review of the place because I can’t even get in for an appointment.... read more

I do not recommend them for anything. My husband was lied to on the cost, he paid for dentures that dont fit right and they wont do anything about it
