My husband had his teeth pulled a few months ago and his dentures don’t fit! He saids he looks like a horse and will not wear them! This place is THE WORST!! I made an appt at the end of December and it was For end of January. They confirmed my phone number as correct. They emailed saying the Dentist was going to be out and that I needed to call for rescheduling so I called they rescheduled for 4 weeks later (today). When I went up there they said it was never confirmed so they had to push the appt back. I was in pain they made me an appointment 10 days later but said they’d put me at the top a cancellation list so it might be quicker. I checked back and checked back but no cancellations then the last time I called I asked if I should find another dentist and all the sudden they had an opening, staff was very unprofessional, especially the head dentist. Before I had insurance it was 380 out of pocket, my insurance covered 80% but my out of pocket cost was 210 because they raised the prices just because I had insurance. They ... read more
I tried making an appointment with yall for over a full year & yall always gave me the runaround. Even gave my dentist that referred me there the runaround. Had my files & xrays faxed to yall over 8 times & you always claimed you didnt get anything.
I chose Aspen Dental because they advertise one day dentures and as I had broken mine I needed them quickly. It took a week to get them and as i tried to eat with them they hurt horribly. I assumed I would need to get used to them so I continued to try for a week then on aug 27 I called to see if I could get in for an adjustment and after a good five minutes the lady on the phone said she could get me in on sept. 10. Needless to say I do not recommend Aspen Dental in Lubbock Texas.
Went in for a 20 min. teeth cleaning and it took over an hour. This is because the hygienist left me alone two times during the cleaning to look at other patients. I was told, sorry but this is company policy for the hygienist to examine new patients regardless of what they are doing at the time. This is unsatisfactory. I will never go to this place again.
I set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance to discuss pricing for a drill and fill because they would not quote over the phone. The staff at the location were pleasant however I waited an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time to be seen, once seen I was told that I would have to submit to a cleaning with a hygienist and it would be billed to my insurance before I would be allowed to even get a quote on pricing. 2 different doctors told me two different things. One said oh we can fill your cavities and you’ll be good, and I said really that will be great so I come back today and I get a different doctor and she said oh it’s deeper than what was put on chart and doesn’t know why the other doctor wrote it down like that hmmm it’s cause y’all are working together to make more money. So now they want to do root canals which is 3 times the price of just the fillings. Please stay away from this place I wish I would’ve read the reviews bef... read more
Absolutely the worst experience of my life. They don’t care about the patient oh the money. Also they don’t keep there warranty on dentures if they don’t feel like it!
