Never liked going to the dentist but this one made my fear of pain go away great staff and great doctor I'll be going more now
i want to thank Aspen Dental in Machesney Park Dr Patel was great I was afraid of dentists . for years He is gentle and does explain everything makes sure you are comfortable .The staff is also great. explains every step that are doing..from the time of checkin to time of leaving .they talk to you about pricing insurance and financing up front very professional office .I want to thank everyone in the office thank you
I am someone who is so afraid of dentists that I never went unless necessary. I just had the best experience ever. The staff is skilled and friendly. Dr.Patel is amazing. I started to flip out at first, crying etc. But then Dr Patel and his nurse reassured me and "talked me down". The procedure was fast and gentle. No pain and all gain. My smile is beautiful and comfortable. I am grateful to the wonderful people at Aspen Dental. If you have to go, go to the BEST.

Dr. Patel has been my dentist for four years now. The office staff has primarily remained the same and for the ones who have moved on- they will be missed but for any new faces on the team, they haven't missed a step... Quality of care is outstanding, chair side manner is superb and the office is always kept clean like a place of healthcare should be. Jessica, Selma, Tiffany x2, Patrick and for anyone I've missed- thank you for such an excellent 4 years of dedicated service.
