My husband and I went to aspen dental. Dr Patel and all the ladies and everyone else on their staff are great.they are the nicest and so friendly.they make you feel so comfortable. I have he'd a fear of dentists since age 12. A car accident at age 19 really hurt my mouth. I have has problems eating and smiling for years. Most dentists want too much, even with insurance, for a person on a fixed income. Dr. Patel and his staff made me feel like I was not in a dental office. Gentle, that's the word. From the moment that you walk into Aspen Dental, you are welcomed by friendly, professional employees. The staff is very personable, and truly cares about making your visit enjoyable. They put your mind at ease, and explain everything in easy to understand terms. They make doing to the dentist stress free. Cant say enough about Aspen Dental, they are great.
I must say that I am so relieved and happy to have found Dr. Patel and the Aspen Dental office in Machesney Park! Recently, I had to have 6 teeth pulled, and am adjusting to a Denture partial. Everyone at the office has been extremely kind and helpful to me, from the assistants, to the Hygienist, to Dr. Patel, who asked me several times during the extractions, if I was OK. Dr. Patel is the greatest. I have had nothing but negative experiences at the dentist, that is until I met Dr. Patel he took the time to tell me what he was going to do then he would ask during if I was ok. He seems to really care about your experience. His assistant Selma was also very nice! Thanks again Dr. Patel.
I cant thank them all enough for getting me right in and for pulling my tooth right away with out tearing up my gums another dentist put me off and couldnt see me for almost two months which was unbearable and inconsiderate Selma the assistant was warm and kind she held my hand and comforted me durring the numbing process and Dr Patel was considerate to my financial condition in my future plans not condescending because I couldnt afford to go with all that needed to be done at this time....thank you again to all in this offi... read more
I recently had four crowns done by Dr. Patel, he is an artist! My teeth were so small that I was worried how they would turn out , but they are perfect!! The dental assistant Selma was so sweet and the office manager Jill was very caring helped me find the best payment plan to suit my financial needs.
