My 20+ year old denture cracked and I went to Aspen Dental in Machesney Park to see if they could be repaired. From the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable. Jill, Meghan, Selma are all so friendly and kind people. Dr Patel is truly a special person. He told me he couldn't repair my dentures, they were broken two different ways. Horrible experience, horrible dentist!!!! My dentures have never fit right no matter how many adjustments they make. They visually are not made correctly. The dentist told me, "These are better than what you had" but I could eat with my old teeth and have NEVER been able to eat food with these dentures. Initially I told the office that I only work part-time and could not do anything that my insurance wouldn't cover. The dentist came in and started telling me that my top teeth were grinding away at my bottom teeth, and they would be half gone in ten years. He insisted I needed aligners, and they immediately after this scare-tactic took me into a room to increase my credit limit and pay. Aspen dental over charged me by thousands of dollars billed me for thing my insurance already paid I will never go there again I'm done
I got the premium denture with 7 year warranty made over a year ago that I havent been able to use because they refused to fix them. Finally convinced them to do a reline and now all of my teeth are shifted to the right and theyre refusing to fix THEIR mistake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION. Total ripoff company. Could be why theyre not accredited by the BBB.
Dr. Patel was cool real nice dude! And everyone were very nice! My only complaint is I talked to the financial lady she told me it was going to cost one price to do what I needed to have done, agreed to pay half then and the other half on my next visit. At my next visit receptionist said I owed $50 more than what was agreed apon. I told her that’s not right you can’t set up what I’m supposed to to pay then just start adding s$&@ that’s not right. RecommendedHad a great experience with Aspen Dental, the staffs were all friendly, they helped setting up affordable payment plan and their dental works were as painless as possible for me.
They claim to do emergency visits, but my husband stopped in the other day , 2 and a half hrs later, he ended up leaving
