Overall, had a good experience. Everyone was more than friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. I didn't feel judged or shamed about the condition of my dental health (not so perfect). My only issue was that I had to wait quite awhile before the hygienist was able to start my work on my second appointment and she was frequently interrupted while with me. Even with the long wait, I had a decent & comfortable experience overall.
My experience with Dr. Kim at the Manchester branch was in a few words( completely rewarding) she has the ability to comfort a nervous patient like me.
I feel the staff should honestly prepare patients for the changes dentures will bring . Nobody warned me that it would be life changing . If I hadn't asked I wouldn't been told. However the staff is very professional and polite. It's very important that they listen to the patient .
I was pleasantly surprised in my last visit. In the past I felt this office took on too many patients at one time and then they ran late for the appointments or it took longer than expected and this time that was not the case. The assistant that took care of me was very pleasant and explained every step
