Wowwww!!!!! Was charged $591 after my insurance paid $400 for a cleaning and 1 filling. It's my own fault, I selected Aspen Dental after not being in a dentist office in 10 yrs. they are literally 4X more expensive than anyone else. They also injured me during my filling. They also handed me a bill for $3,000 for 1 Root Canal. $1,700 of that was going to be my out of pocket. Went in for a crown. Price was same as any other dentist but they had hours that accomodated my work schedule. The minute Dr. Jung wasn't there l should have reaschedled and beginning to regret it. Dentist was the owner of the practice, Dr. Patrick had a crown before and l was not too pleased with the whole process. In one sitting received 4 different quotes. If you don't ask for a specific program they will charge you outrageous pricing. To many quote tiers, very confusing. They will tell you if you don't ask for it they will not just give it to you. Not very customer oriented. Pricing also depends on warranty of work performed. They tell you to be there 15 minutes before your appt. then you sit half an hour after you were supposed to go in. Will not go back to this office.

My appointment was at 4:30 I came in right on time and I was not seated till 5:45 when I kept asking how long it will be till I see a doctor they keep giving me answers just a few more minutes the doctor is with somebody else when they finally set me down and hour and 15 minutes later,when doctor finally came they were done with the procedure within 10 minutes. They're ALWAYS running late, making you wait 30 or more minutes to be seen. Always trying to upswell their customers AND if you show up more than 10 minutes late, they'll cancel/reschedule your appointment without a second thought!
