Julia the Hygienist is one of the best I have ever seen in my entire dental life. Caring, professional, very educated and knowledgeable in the proper care of your teeth and gums. Julia is very welcoming to me and all those that visit the Manchester Aspen Dental office. An Amazing Professional. Thank You Julia!

I always arrive on time and usually don't have to wait more than 10 minutes or so. I went for cleaning and am very happy with their hygienist. She is the best one I have ever encountered!

They have an emergency number that is useless. They can’t access my chart. I said how pathetic. I’m a small business that can access my clients medical history, emergency contacts, the care provider and schedule whether it’s today or Christmas. They are Corporate America, and honestly believe in mid-evil torture in 2024. I was there yesterday and was told the antibiotic would take care of the pain, she prescribed me one I was allergic to. I went in to have my hardly used dentures re-lined, which they CAN do, measured in $hundreds, but all I got was an “upsell” to $4K new ones. The assessing doctor insisted that because I trimmed the uppers’ plate back enough so I wouldn’t gag) relining would not work, even though I told him the LOWERS were the problem. I wasn’t listened to. I suspect there’s plenty of high-end $ work coming in the door, so my more humble requirement wasn’t worth their time.

They charge $144 just to walk in their door & then they insist on taking x-rays when they're going to pull the tooth anyway & x-rays were taken THAT VERY MORNING! They just want to extract every $$$ you have & do absolutely NOTHING! Aspen=Pen of Asses

Absolutely ridiculous of an excuse for a "dentist" from the start of the day thank goodness a call was made to find directions because as I call for directions for the appointment that originally was at 9:15 and I live over an hour away so to get up early after working second shift and being in all this mouth pain to be there 15 minutes early at that all so when I call them while I'm on my way they want to reschedule my appointment to 1 pm! They say that nobody is available to see him and that 1 pm...so no the appointment is... read more

Let me tell you about Aspen Dental in Manchester, the staff is very nice and even some of the hygienist and their work is okay. We had the worst experience there from day 1, the doctor has terrible bed side manners. I had a root canal at aspen dental in Glastonbury and it was wonderful, but now it’s been 1 month since my procedure and I still don’t have my crown in because they have done the impressions twice and can’t figure it out.
