I went to aspen dental on Friday January 20th and was greeted by Katy a very pleasant person and was very professional. She told me how the first appointment was going to go. She ecnoleged I came early for my appointment to fill out paperwork.
Everyone from the receptionist, to the radiology tech, the assistant, and the dentist were completely professional and helpful. I met with...kind of a financial counselor at the end of my appointment. She laid out the plan, explained it well, and gave me payment and plan of care options. What I especially loved was that there were no pressure tactics or hard sales! It wasn't all or nothing, get your teeth fixed NOW! I have a follow up appointment for a filling and cleaning. Highly recommended!
Thank you staff and Dr Lee for your profession care and attention during my "unscheduled" visit on September 6, 2016. Getting me in on such notice, taking care of my tooth and associated discomfort made the next 4 weeks of my vacation so much nicer. Would recommend Aspen Dental for excellent dental care. Thanks
Very pleased with Aspen dental. Everybody is friendly and the dentist is great. He even goes out of his way to make sure your happy and healthy. Would recommend any body to go to them. Bet you would go back if you went.
The entire staff was friendly and very professional.All of them kept me informed at each moment in my visit. I felt relaxed and enjoyed the experience.
