They're all sunshine and flowers going in but once they have your money you are dead to them. Appointments canceled at the last minute with no explanation and not rescheduled for WEEKS. Blank stares when you ask questions. I just want them to provide the service that's already been paid for in a timely manner and at least attempt to pretend they know what they are doing.
A crown fell out, dentist said I needed a new one. I was quoted $2800.00 to repair the tooth, install a new crown and adjust teeth near crown so they didn't cause problems. I spent the weekend thinking my options. I had one last question. I called the dentist three times, he never called me back. I went to a different dentist office and he replaced the old crown. I am really grateful that they are trying to help the Veterans........but the front office falls short. They were so kind to extract a couple teeth from this Vietnam Veteran with no charge. BUT......I had a follow up appt. scheduled for 7/8/19.....and when I called to move it to a week later I was told there was no record of my appt. but they did reschedule it anyhow. WELL......I called today 7/15/19 to confirm it.....and they had no record of me at all again! OK ....I give up on Delta Dental
Haven’t received phone call to explain why I was charge over $1,000.00 than the agreed price. Signed up for a credit plan between $4k and get a $7k payment and now you say I owe another $1,000 more want to know why.
Absolutely horrible, been almost a year and still don’t have teeth. Lost 50 pounds, my doctor even called there to tell them they needed to help. 5’9” and down to 118 pounds. Rude, telling me I am aggressive, am a little cranky about this. Tell me they are going to hang up on me, tell me they will talk to the dentist and get back to me right away. Staff the office with competent people.
I don't recommend for many reasons but at the current moment they have not provided documentation that I need for my health savings account that I used to pay the $702 co pay so now my health savings account is frozen. So, I basically cannot use my own savings account to pay other medical bills.
I had my daughter that is up there attending school, 7 hours away from home go into Aspen. She had a filling done at home a day before leaving. It was giving her pain. I was advised by her dentist here to have a dentist up there look at it because it needed to be adjusted. Aspen dental took a side X-ray never looked in her mouth and told her she needed a root canal. Worse dental experience I've ever had in my 60 years of life. Whoever that cocky so called dentist is told every person I've talked to afterwards that they needed all their teeth extracted and dentures made. I had a severe abscessed tooth that needed to be pulled...he said I didn't need antibiotics beforehand and I had to wait 4 days until I had it done.
