Absolute shit! No regard for patients only their wallets.
Worst dentist office ever. If you have any dental issues please do not go here. Also if you have any anxiety about having teeth ripped from your head they will drop you as patient because they have 0 compassion or empathy for their patients. They make people feel horrible. I really hope people read reviews before going to that horror show.
Made an appointment for a cleaning. Got X-rays instead because I'm new and apparently I needed that instead. Told me I needed my wisdom teeth out. So I got an appointment for that. Very unclear about anything I needed to do beforehand. I was repeatedly lied to about what the procedure would include. Was babysat because I was upset after learning about the lies. Shame on you. If I could give negative stars I would. I heard several horror stories about this place, but you were the only ones able to get my husband in same day, so I figured I'd give it a chance. He came in for a chipped tooth, was told he needed a root canal and crown. He was also told that he had a cavity on almost every single tooth. It seems like every time I go for a cleaning they find something that would result in pulling teeth, applying permanent bridges and now I Have a cracked crown going to cost $1000 after insurance. Very suspicious!
Yes I got in right away and yes you were all friendly. I went to fix a front tooth and ended up with an $8000..work plan ahead of me. According to you every filling,root canal I ever had done needed to be replaced and on top of that had gum disease so bad there was puss coming out and my teeth would be falling out any day now so the best and most economical thing would be to take out all teeth on my next visit and get dentures.
