Went because I knew I had a cavity. Was told I needed a very expensive deep dental cleaning requiring injected antibiotics and stuff because they said I had mild to moderate periodentitis. Scolded, or it felt like it, me because I never got braces and never got my wisdom teeth pulled. None of their business why I never did that. My experience at the branch in Bessemer, Al was horrible!! I went to get a teeth cleaning and because I was having some wisdom tooth pain and they told me i had advanced gum disease and was going to need over 2,000 dollars worth of dental work. The office staff was rude and would talk over you or ignore you all together. I went for a second opinion at a different dental office and my teeth were fine just needed cleaning and a cavity filled! ASPEN DENTAL ARE MONEY HUNGRY JACK ASSES I WOULD NOT GO TO THEM! STAY AWAY.
Seriously? Had a 1:00 appointment for my daughter, arrived at 12:45, waited until 2:00 to go up to the desk and was told that a room was being readied. At 2:30 we gave up and LEFT. What's wrong with customer service? We had an appointment and I understand that clinics fall behind but this was downright unacceptable.
