Would not recommend. This is a corporate dental Office. 1st appointment (10-22-2020) I waited an hour to be seen. I was on time and actually watch each employee pull up and go inside the building. This morning (10-27-2020) I waited 30 minutes for X-ray photos (that, in 2020, could’ve been emailed) Honestly, it probably would’ve been longer if I had not said anything. I have an abcess or boil from under my crowns and they won't even talk about getting scheduled to see me. Answer I got was "That's just their rule." Well as a rule I don't use out of state dental chains... and I will not use Aspen if they won't care for a legit urgent issue.

the worst experience ever got a crown done 4-4-2019 and it has fallen out on 4-6-2019 I will never do business here ever again
my wife went in today to have a tooth extraction and they give me a price on it over the phone and when we got there they went up on it $37 then after Dr Yang pulled the tooth he give her a $23 dollar bottle of ibuprofen and now it ended up costing me a days worth of work and $187.20 plus $23 dollar bottle of ibuprofen and my wife is in extreme pain so I am going to say Aspen dental overall horrible experience
I went to Aspen Dental on 8/28 for a routine cleaning where my appointment was 1:00 pm. I finally got back for X-rays around 2:20. Upon getting in a chair around 3 and the hygienist came and did the gym measures. The doctor then proceeded and said I needed surgery and an extraction. Mind you that this is my 1st visit. I told them I needed to evaluate their recommendation and I just my teeth cleaned. They had me go sign some papers where no one explained what is was signing and the total was $932. Wait time was horrible! Was there for 4 1/2 hrs... yes I was a first time customer but they should have advised me that u would be there soooooo long.. and just for a cleaning 🤦♀️other than that they were nice 🤷♀️

The wait time was fine.my cleaning consist of a person handing me a battery operated toothbrush and told to use this.no cup to split in or nothing.then she returns to tell me how much it cost and when I said I did want to buy anything.she never returned.my teeth was not cleaned and what I came for was turned around and I was told to pull all my teeth and get dentures.#iamahealthprofessionaliknowmedicalterms...
They tell me in the office in 2016 that with my two insurances I will only have to pay $50, now a year later I get a bill for 766.36. They should have properly checked my benefits before doing the work and given me an accurate estimate. Waiting a year to bill me after telling me that all was covered is very poor business practice. The "No Surprises" part of the "Peace of Mind Promise" went out the window on this one.
