My mother was seen shortly after arriving to be examined for new dentures. Due to the condition of her gums she was advised that new dentures would not be beneficial. I appreciated not being sold something that would not work.

This place is a rip off that will gouge your insurance for every penny. Dr parker was very rude because i could not get numb. She was injecting in the wrong spots. Told me i had periodontal disease when i didnt. Then when i went to get a 2nd opinion they refused to release my xrays. I had to dispute all charges through my insurance. I got my crown on the next day with a very good dentist who knew what he was doing. She acted like it was my fault that i wasnt getting numb on the tooth she was drilling on. I had no problem wha... read more

Went for complications after wisdom teeth removal, wanted me to pay $102 to see an oral surgeon, which is who removed my wisdom teeth to begin with. Not happening. Proceeded to tell me I could make payments. I just spent $1000+ getting wisdom teeth cut out & I'm not paying again for someone who is the one who screwed my mouth up. And this isn't even for them to correct what's wrong, it's only for a consultation because the dentist couldn't tell me what was wrong. No thank you. Never going again. You crooks got enough of my m... read more

The appointment time and the time you are seen is crazy! This was my first visit and last visit from 9am to 3pm almost a shift at work. The customer service skills were excellent treatment from the staff. The only concern was if you have dental insurance to cover your exam they still want payment in full for the entire services to be performed. Even if the work is not what I wanted and you question your set of treatments and the charges. That leaves me still looking for a dentist. Not going back.

First off, I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, but wasn't seen until 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Secondly, I scheduled my appointment wanting a cleaning an annual exam. The scheduling clerk only put me in for a "limited exam." I mentioned pain around one tooth and concern about an infection. The dentist ordered xrays, but the tech only took one set, based on the tooth where I had pain, even though I was due for a full set. She didn't put on the lead vest until after I demanded it. Dr. Parker looked ... read more
