I took my mother to Aspen Dental today. The staff was very friendly and caring. We knew she needed a lot of dental work, and they did come up with a very expensive treatment plan. She just wants to have her teeth cleaned and deal with problems as they come up. She's 89 years old we are not going to spend a ton of money on her teeth at this point. We especially liked the hygienist and the receptionist. They were both very friendly and helpful.

I've been a patient here for almost a year now. Everyone there is simply AWESOME!!! The care and concern that I received was great not only from a dental stand point but a financial side as well. Every time I have been in to Aspen Dental in Bessemer I have not had to wait more than any normal wait. I have had excellent customer service and everyone always acknowledges me with a smile. I had to have some denture adjustments made and Thanks to Jo we got them fitting great.
Everybody was very Friendly and Helpful my appointment was at 11:00 I got there 15 minutes early and was seen soon as I sign in a few problem came up but it was fine cause I was comfortable (when u not in pain and comfortable everything works out gr8) but the Dentist took care of it and was rite back with me took care of me and then fix my chip tooth and then to clean them which was also quick and wonderful ....U guys are Gr8 thanks for giving me my smile back .....see you real soon!!!!!!
