every single appointment ive ever had ive shown up and theyve done things that the appointment wasnt even made for. they cancel your appointments the day of or day prior without rescheduling and when you go to reschedule nobody answers the phone or calls back. you have to call 10 times before anyone actually talks to you.
Been dealing with this place since last March dental work still NOT DONE going to another dentist to complete the work. Aspen Dental was PAID up front BEFORE they would start the work. I just heard from 3 other folks having the same problem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. It's awful.
This office is owned by the same people that own the Harrisburg office. Was overcharged 200.00 at your Harrisburg office. Don’t fall for the treatment plan. Because I was told you can charge what ever you want. I know several people that that Harrisburg office cheated. So I’m now looking for a new dentist.

Went in for a consult for extreme tooth sensitivity and a popping TMJ. They tried to say I needed a filling redone on tooth #4, a mouth guard for teeth grinding, and (without telling me until I was checking out) a gingivitis treatment. Got a second opinion and ended up just needing a root canal on tooth #31 and a bite adjustment. Haven’t had pain since. Really glad I didn’t fall for their price gouging.
I went to Aspen Dental. Said I needed root canals crowns bridge and had gingivitis that I needed my gums scraped. Well that estimate was over $14,000.00. Although I asked before my appointment about my insurance being accepted, I could not get an answer. They do not take Government insurances. Wasted my time. 10 days later went to another dentist, had more xrays and a cleaning. NO Gingivitis! No need for crowns, just one root canal which may not be needed but may do because of being close to the nerve. three cavities total. ... read more
After running my husband to multiple (4) appointments only to find out they did not have his crowns, they had enough nerve to send us a bill.
Total scam on dentures, not all dentures are guaranteed. I paid 1600 dollars on a set that have broken three times.
The Mechanicsburg office was chaotic. The receptionist was overwhelmed. No coworkers would help her even after she begged. Communications between the dentist and staff was poor. The staff seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. This was a total difference from one year ago in the same office. Looking for a new dentist.
