All dental work is explained prior to them doing it. The staff is friendly and very professional. I am given a folder with the list of everything that is going to be done and the cost. Laurie, the dental assistant, is friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. I go to Aspen Dental in Medford, MA.

These are three five star people at Aspen Dental! Ari, the Dental Assistant, kept everyone in each department of the dental office on the same page about my dental status and needs. Aspen Dental was my first call for a new dentist and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Not only did the staff greet me at the door but, they knew me by name, and later, accommodated me to an additional teeth cleaning after my first consultation. Overall, had a great experience from beginning to end.

I went to Aspen Dental for the first time, haven’t been to the dentist in years. Everyone was very professional from the doctor to the manager to the dental assistant Arianne who was kind and thorough and answered every question I had. I’ll definitely be back. 5 star experience!
