Don't come to this location for Invisalign service!!! The team is extremely disorganized and irresponsible. Here's what happened recently and a similar thing has already happened to me once before! I visited the office for my refinement 2-3 weeks ago and the doctor took notes and scanned my teeth. I've been waiting for my next refinement trays to arrive. Every time I call about my insurance and trying to figure out some answers they tell me they gonna call me back and never do. I’ve called everyday this week and still haven’t gotten any answers but I’ll call u back. How is that professional? How is that helpful? On top of that wen I was there I checked in for a 11am appointment at 10:40am and didn’t get my name called till 11:42am. 1 hour wait after I got there for appointment that was scheduled at 11am and I got there at 10:40am..X-ray technician kept sticking the thing in my mouth not even asking if it hurt or not. Too many people in and out of my mouth with the tools not even asking if I was comfortable or not!! Every time I call for information about my insurance I get told they will call back and never does. Like how am I supposed to know about my insurance issue if everyone keeps taking information and then never calls back. Urrgh so frustrating
I went to Aspen Dental for tooth pain, no charge for exam.and X-rays. That was cool. but then they came at me with needing a tooth crowned for $3600 or extracted for $550 and a whole host of other HIGH prices. And the wait for extraction was WEEKS. I went down the road and they laughed at the prices I was given. Don't fall for the "free exam scam".
