At an office bordering a red zone community with high rates of COVID infections I was severely disappointed at how full this office was during recent visit. Four people in the waiting room when I entered, and nearly every room along a narrow hallway was full of patients. It seemed they took necessary cleaning protocols but it does not seem advisable to crowd a small office full of people when taking off your own mask is necessary. Aspen Dental (Evergreen, IL) How Aspen Dental stays in business is a surprise to me. The finance manager is a joke. He was supposed to contact me regarding cost of the dental work. Never called. I called the corporate office and did receive a call from the finance manager. I asked for another option and the cost. Still no reply. I called corporate again and was told the office was closed... Please. Corporate is just as bad at not providing any help. When you leave a voice message you get no callback.

Never have I ever written a negative review about any type of business but this experience was insufferable. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient because my old practice closed down. After waiting for almost 1 hour before even being seen by the doctor, I spent over another hour being seen by several different doctors, all of which were friendly. First off, the reception person is great- friendly and warm. My hygienist was excellent- friendly, personable and really a nice person (can't remember her name but she was Chinese). Dr. Chikersal was very friendly and nice as well. All treamtment staff explained everthing well and on a manner I could understand. The 2 star reasons. I had scheduled 2 appts for 7/22/17 for myself and husband, I booked back in June to make sure we both had the day off of work. Our appts were for 1:15 and 2:00 pm. We get there at 1:05 pm and what do you know no one is in the fucken office! I call the main # and the woman on the phone was super nice but upon her checking the schedule stated, "they are closed with no explanation and they didn't cancel any appt and left everyone on the schedule."
