Never been to this dentist place before, but yesterday was an emergency so I called Aspen Dental. I chose the one in Medford because it close to where I live. Not sure how i feel � unless i get answers and fix the problem i will not be back - i express my anxiety and still i feel pain and discomfort- this is the reason i avoid dentists- i feel worse now than when i went in - now i can't eat on the side i got my 4 crowns - not nornal - needless to say im concerned and emotionally distressed �
I always walk out of there paying money. I always pay in full each visit. But 3 times now they've told me I have a balance. I told them I do not have a balance because I always pay in full. She said if the wrong code gets put in, that causes a balance. I told her, so patients pay for their mistakes for putting in wrong codes. I wanted to make an appointment because a filling of mine fell out. She told me because I hadn't been in a while they need to take X-rays and I told her last time I took X-rays I was there for 3 hours and they made me sign up for a credit card because of a whole bunch of dental work that I needed done. Never go here! Terrible experiences. Paid for my treatments upfront and in full. They take your license and financials to make sure you do not default on payments, but really it is customers who should be getting this branches information for lien. They have owed my family 1250 for over a year now. They have dodged phone calls, promised repayment etc. after two different stories, one saying we would be issued a credit for work never completed on our account and two we would b... So totally disappointed with the hygiene cleaner...definitely TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!!!
