so I took off work today yesterday I made appointments only to come in today they said they canceled my appointment and didn't inform me so I went up there show them my email she said they booked so come in tomorrow which will be Wednesday the lady was nice just big inconvenience of time do it will be part two Tomorrow I have special needs daughter I take care of I'm just so tired please God let them be right tomorrow

Buyer Beware! All they want is your money. I spent approx $20,000 at Aspen Dental which is owned by this wannabe dentist Sean Schafer for dentures, I had no problems with the upper denture but nothing but problems with the lower "Implant" denture that does NOT function as advertised now he won't stand behind his 7-year warranty trying to sell me 2 more implants for an additional $13,000 which aren't needed because before they did the final reline after I was healed. they take too long you sit in the waiting room forever past your appointment time they have you in for one thing and do another they say when you need a check up to come in and then you go in for the checkup and they say you don't need to check up and you waste your time

nfortunately when I thought I would come in to be serviced for wisdom teeth extractions at Aspen Dental in Merrillville, IN. but I had the worst service! The receptionist failed to communicate, the dentist, Mr. Gutterman was VERY disrespectful, nasty and refused to assist me with my concerns and told me I could go elsewhere to find services. Had an appointment at 10:30 didn’t get seen until 11:15. After being seen I had to go to ANOTHER waiting room for another 20/30 minutes. Staff was friendly but no sense of urgency.

This place is horrible! Your appointment time is never actually your time they run 30 mins behind I came for a check up had to get 2 fillings and after 1 day the tooth they filled broke. The Dr kept trying to tell me my bite was off 1 a week it came back complaining of pain with the same tooth and on top of that all of a sudden my gums now bleed for no reason I don’t have gum disease, So now I’m wondering if the tools they used are clean do not come here they money hungry
Explain the Care Credit before enrolling someone in a credit card, not the installment plan I requested, and don't charge for future services not yet performed. Also train medical assistants performing xrays better, as mine had to be done twice. (1 was a picture of the floor). I have called numerous times today trying to cancel any future services and charges and been hung up on, so either phone service is bad, or receptionists don.t want to be bothered.
There is nothing worse than a toothache and a migraine combined. Finding someone somewhere that can take care of you physical as well financially without breaking your bank and or spirit. Making me want to come back.
