I had a tooth pulled by Dr. Sim and assistant Tiffany they were awesome!!! They made me feel very comfortable and their professionalism from first exam to final procedure was excellent!!
I'd give a 5 star rating to Aspen Dental. They were very professional yet friendly and comforting. Everything was explained to me before they did anything. It was Awesome. True Dat. My tooth extracted by Dr. Sim and Staff. I used coupons. everyone was groovy. I'm west coast, didn't know what to expect here in Indiana. I didn't feel a thing. Dr Sim is beautiful, that helped, in fact the whole office was beautiful. I would do it again. They treated me like the star I am. lol they didn't know who I was. thank you girls!
Everyone from the front staff, the hygienist and the doctor were kind,caring, compassionate and professional. I had a wonderful experience at the Merrillville location!
