I made an appt for a bridge to be re-adhered to my dental implant. When I arrived I was told that i needed to have xrays and my mouth examined before they could attend to my procedure. I complied. The employee who performed the xrays was not very friendly. I had to remove my bridge to have the x ray performed. Besides waiting almost an hour. The people weren’t bad but up charge, up charge, up charge is the name of the Game there.
I wish giving ZERO stars was an option. I went into the office to get fillings done, simple right?? NO! The dentist rushed her way through my mouth while holding a very personal conversation with her assistant. The conversation became so interesting that the dentist hit my front teeth very hard several times with the dental drill. Needless to say, I came home, looked in the mirror and haven't stopped crying since. When I went to the back for X-Rays I was hit in the eye with the mouth piece! The assistant seemed like she had an attitude and was very rough while she was putting the mouth piece into my mouth! The other assistant was explaining some procedures and talked very fast which made it hard to understand what she was saying! Plus the office was very cold in the waiting room as well as the examining room!

I had an appointment for 12:30. I arrived 15 minutes early (paperwork completed). At 1:00 they had not called me and others had come in and been serviced. The offered no explanation for the wait so I left. I will not be rescheduling. First impression is everything to me.
Scheduling with them was simple. I thought communicate was great too until I arrived. I was inform the day of to be there 15 mins early. I made the effort to get there on time only to welcomed with a locked door. At first I thought maybe I wasn't pulling hard enough, so I kept pulling, then I panicked. I have been a patient for almost 4 years with my dentures. Cosmetically they look great. Functionality i have been having problems with. I can't bite off from the front. And the fit has never really been comfortable. I've been told that i should've be having this many problems with the fit. (By longtime denture users) My last visit wasn't my usual experience. Go to a real dentist instead of this company. My fiancee went to Aspen to get some work done. She did not have dental insurance and with money down they agreed to except $100.00 per month until paid off. However even though she has paid the $100.00 per month on time, they still turned her over to a collection agency who threatened to garnish her wages if she didn't pay in full. If this is how they do business then I want nothing to do with them
