Crazy over priced. Waste of my time, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.
I wonder if these dentists have to reach a quota of cavities each month? Ten years prior to going to Aspen not one of my family of four had a cavity...been going to Aspen for a couple years and between the four of us we have had over 10 cavities! I look at the xrays and see nothing but what do I know? Was just told that my son has 6 cavities...I walked out and will be getting a 2nd opinion!
first time going there-- kinda cold and distant. But I'm going back for a second time for an extraction...I'll give em another chance!
The most unprofessional people I've ever delt with in my life. I would not even take my enemy there. They messed up my appointment time, twice and when I got there they said they had to reschedule me due to the fact I was on time!!!! But they wanted me to arrive earlier. Ummm I'd rather have my two year old my teeth. At least he has more experience than them.
Do not use these people! I was over charged and had a $200 credit on my account that Aspen kept for 8 months till my next appointment. Never informed me about over payment. When I went for next visit which they rescheduled the day before my appointment because they decided to close the office the day of my appointment. Aspen tends to be overpriced, tends to be misleading to a common patient by complicated billing practices.
Not worth going & sorry I took my mom there, bad mistake!!
Th staff was so inexperienced. They had a young girl call me after I left about pricing. She did not know what she was doing. She was to have someone else call me. They never called me back. I called then to set another appointment. They never called to confirm the new appointment. I called to confirm and found out they never put the appoint on the books. I said that is it. I was a new patient with good insurance. Now going somewhere else.
