RecommendedDr Thomas and her asst. Isaac were awesome! I'm a huge cry baby when it comes to dental work and they were very kind and worked at a pace comfortable for me. The only negative I had was having on of the clerical staff lecturing another staff member in front of all the patients in the waiting room. Extremely Unprofessional!!!

Aspen Dental of Merritt Island, Fl: Dr. Burns, staff, and office personnel are always professional and pleasant. Hours are very convenient; wait time is very short, and surroundings are very clean. I had an emergency and was able to get an appointment when I called on Tuesday. What should have taken 5 visits was concluded in 3 visits because Dr. Burns was willing to schedule some extra time for me in their onsite lab. Excellent service and I'm a grateful trouper!

My husband and I started going to Aspen Dental last year and so far we haven't had any problems. The staff is friendly, we haven't had to wait a long time, and the hygienists have done a great job. My husband was over charged for the initial services for a crown, according to our Dental Plan and we haven't gotten the difference in the money back.
