It was an excellent experience, the office was clean, had a short wait time and the receptionist made it a great atmosphere. She was courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. The dental assistant was very nice and caring and put me at ease. I was a bit nervouse because I had visited another dentist a few weeks prior and my experience was not so pleasant. The Merritt Island office was very efficient. They emailed me the required form on PDF so I could fill out my medical history before arriving. I didn't have to wait very long and they took me in and the X-ray tech put a halo like thing on my head to do the x-ray. She was very good with the X-ray process explaining everything before it took place. She was very careful with my large tori when taking the x-rays.
