Dr. Burns was amazing! They fit me in for exam right away due to extreme pain. Scheduled an extraction later the same day! Needless to say I was terrified but Dr Burns did an outstanding job and was finished before I really knew he started. No fear of this dentist ever again! Thank you to your staff for all their kindness and compassion as well.

I can't say enough about this office. I had a bad experience at a different dental office recently, and had been fighting with my insurance to get me switched to another one. I came in the door already frustrated and expecting the worst. I ended up having a wonderful experience. The Aspen call center had messed up and misinformed me about getting X-rays- Doniese at the front desk was very kind and patient and helped me get that straightened out. I'm absolutely terrified of going to the dentist due to a baf experience as a child. Stephanie immediately put me at ease and when the hygenist and dentist came in they were already aware of my fear. The kept me calm and everything went great. I even scheduled an appointment to come back next week. Staff is very professional and caring. The lady in charge if insurance is the best by far. I highly recommend this place.
The staff is very professional and courteous. Very little wait time. But I always hate going to new dentist. I went to the same dentist for 20 years. Every time you go to a new dentist they always want to do all kinds of crowns and root canals. Other than that my experience with Aspen was good
Although I did have an appointment someone screwed up and when I arrived I was told that I was late by one half an hour. I had received a call with the time that was on my card. I presented the card I had been given to show that I was not late. Therefore I had to wait longer than I should have but the young lady who cleaned my teeth was very personable and efficient. I do recommend Aspen Dental for the efficiency and great people. Just keep better track of appointment times.
