The appointment system is flawed for our area. I received 3 reminders yet when I checked in, they had no record of my appointment but they would be happy to "fit me in." They also were not initially in receipt of the transferring information from my previous dentist. I enjoyed the professionalism and happy atmosphere within the office and dental spaces and the hygienist and dentist were thorough and extremely knowledgeable.
Super friendly people working here. I went in for a first time patient exam, found I needed some minor work done. They had an appointment within 30 mins of my exam being done! Dr. Thomas is amazing! She takes the time to explain what she’s seeing and she’s quick but very gentle when you need work done. I’ve been to other dentists in the area where they push you for additional services and procedures, but not Aspen Dental. I am extremely pleased to have found this office!
I have always had issues finding a good dentist and one that didn't hurt my mouth and leave bruises on my jaw. I finally found the best dentist at Aspen with Doctor Burns. I loved the treatment so much I look forward to my appointment at the dentist. I have had nothing but excellent service there and the longest I have ever waited was 15 minutes. Thank you Aspen Dental Merritt Island. U have made it possible for me not to run away from Dentists.
