BEWARE!!!!! Spent $8000 for my husband's extractions and dentures and the company refuses to give the permanent dentures to him. States we owe even more money even though we have paid in full exactly what they told us in the treatment plan. After going through this with them, I have now found many people who have had the same or similar experiences with them.
got the run around for two and a half years now the expect us to pay $730 more to get her bottom perm dentures they won't budge on the price after paying $5,000 originally. I requested a refund and we have to have to give up the dentures now and who knows when we get the refund back. worst company ever to deal with.
I wouldn't refer them to anyone. We have had so many issues this past year. All the way from canceled appointments (with no call) to sending me to a specialist for them to tell me I don't need a root canal....I paid 85 dollars for that. We have had 5 different issues with this office in the past year and no reimbursement or at least a discount for missing work for no reason.
They are after your money and nothing more. I had been there before and when I called for a cleaning they wanted to do a deep cleaning and wanted over $400 up front. I had to argue to get just the cleaning, and when I got there I had to wait outside in my car for over an hour They weren't letting patients in because of Covid and 1 hour of waiting later I gave up and went home and won't go back.
I’ve had an appointment with them twice and I live an hour and a half away and every time they’ve canceled my appointment 30 min before time for me to get there. I’m highly pissed because I have to take off work and can’t get service when needed.
This is the worst dental office that I have ever been too!!!!!!
Super disappointed in this company, while the office staff was polite, the nickel and diming was a problem. I’m glad I have a general understanding of what is necessary and what is an added expense. Very hard to get an appointment them, and having to book so far in advance was a problem. I also had to come back multiple time from x rays to the exam to the cleaning.
