The people are nice enough especially in the beginning of treatment. However later appointments get screwed up and they take no accountability for the screw up. They don't worry about sticking to the deadline on the care plan. They cancel appointments at the drop of s hat. The lab does not get in a hurry eithe. I basically think they overbook too many patients and create unnecessary chaos. However my husband does finally like his teeth.
They were very sweet when I learn I was losing all but four teeth and when they took the first of they out I didn't feel a thing
