I went to Aspen Dental and I was there for a while. All I needed was a Xray and a cleaning. I did the xrays and waited for the doctor to check my mouth and she did that and I was done.
Had appointment for denture reline, got mouth scanned and xray, then staff begin trying to up sell mouth cancer detection procedure, and teeth cleaning. Turned down these offers and reminded them again I was there for denture reline. Finally had lab tech look at my denture and he said he could not do it because he didn’t have compatible material to accomplish the reline. Never saw a dentist and left. Wasted my time and there’s. My daughter went to Aspen for first visit and was there one hour-forty five minutes. All that was done was xrays and fast 5 second look in mouth! We have always had teeth cleaning and check at first visits, as we relocated a few times. But no aspen has you come back for cleaning and bills for two visits. My daughter said she was crying by the time they finished xrays and they had to redo them a few times! She sat in two chairs for a minimum of one half hours when they did nothing! I received services that I was not made aware of until I received a bill. I do not recommend this dental service to anyone awful customer service.
The new tech is too aggressive, scraping and digging at my teeth and gums like she was digging rocks! Very painful, the last tech they had was much nicer
If you got a serious problem going on please do not come here please go somewhere else... started pulling my tooth and just stopped and told me that I had to go see a surgeon and it would be a week later before they can even get me in so I'm supposed to go home with a half pulled wisdom tooth and in pain... never experienced anything like this in all my days the doctor that tried to pull my teeth knew that there was a possibility of the teeth breaking and that I will have to have surgery to move it but she had no one on stan... read more
This is my third appointment at this location and I've yet to be seen anywhere near my appointment time. I've waited a minimum 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment every time I've been here. Then I always get excuses whenever I bring up the fact that I've waited for so long. However, the from desk staff is always really professional and understanding!
