My visit to Aspen Dental Pace location was a blast. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this office. The process was a bit long but the service was superb.
My husband has had several procedures done at Aspen Dental in Pace. Dr. Dickinson always exceeds our expectations! He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are comfortable during their procedure and happy with his work. My husband had a bridge put in today and it looks AMAZING!!! I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Pace!! Their entire staff is pretty amazing too wink emoticon

This is the absolute con job of the century. After the first appointment we set up a cleaning. There was a "good faith" estimate done that showed the insurance company covering most of the work. Aspen Dental makes you pay up front. When we got the Explanation of benefits from the insurance company hardly anything was covered and we had to pay even more out of pocket. Aspen Dental wanted payment in full up front for all services provided. Paid in full up front , then received a bill for that amount and more in the mail. Called to get an explanation and they said the first amount was a estimate…. Bullsh.t
I hate leaving bad reviews, this is my first ever! Ordinarily, I just pick up and move on from bad experiences, but the patient treatment (or careless lack thereof) by staff would have resulted in death. So lets start at the beginning... I was referred to this clinic on an emergency basis last week. Their scheduling person told me I could walk in this morning and would be seen as a walk in / emergency basis. Upon arrival I was rudely turned away by two young women more in their phones than providing patient care or customer service. Extremely disappointed they made no effort to even try to listen or help. Will not waste my time or money on such an unprofessional clinic.
