Melissa Lambert I am not at all happy. I had teeth removed and two upper and lower partials put it that first do not fit my mouth without terrible blisters and sores. I have not been able to wear them. Second the top one pushed on my front tooth and and my filling that was already needing to be replaced eventually broke. I called the office to see about getting it fixed now instead of later and the dentist told front desk that I would have to have a deep clean done first! RecommendedI've been to the Pace location 3 times over the last year. Every time I've been for cleanings, fillings, etc. I've dealt with different members of the staff each time. Every single visit I've had, EVERYONE on staff is extremely friendly, funny, and professional. I hate the dentist office so much but the staff makes my visits so tolerable with the amazing environment and experience they provide. Absolutely horrible! Unprofessional service to say the very least! My mom had a tooth extraction done here. We arrived roughly 10 mins early for her 10am appointment. I left for 20 mins to grab breakfast, only to come back to mom still waiting for her appointment. My mom inquired whether or not they forgot about her at 1030. The receptionist nonchalantly replied no ma’am and continued to play on the computer. The finally got her back around 11 YES A FULL HOUR after the scheduled appointment. RecommendedI’ve always had a pleasant experience when I go in for appts at Aspen Dental. They are very professional, kind, and I’ve had zero issues with dental cleanings or dental work I’ve had performed. The hygienist I see for my dental cleanings rocks! 🙂
