Aspen dental pulled all my teeth I was supposed to get dentures which I did but they are too big for my mouth. I can't even keep them in my mouth much less eat with them. I hope this class action lawsuit makes me whole again so I can go to a real dentist and get some dentures that really work for me.

to expensive. I was in alot of pain. but they did nothing for me. 300$ to pull 1 tooth and they want 150 deposit before they will ever schedule your appointment! what a waste of time.

Do NOT waste your time going here! Had husband top denture repair and 5 days later it cracked in the same spot! Went back they wanted another $116 to repair the same crack! What a friggin rip off! Go somewhere else! Don’t waste your hard earn money on a place that will rip you off!

I had a poor experience here on several occasions. I had several problems with some of the fillings they gave me, the way they treated me, and at one of my last visits, they almost gave me a crown on the wrong tooth. I went to a new dentist in Pensacola recently and they had to scrape leftover concrete off my crown which had caused my gums to become inflamed and they want to redo two of my fillings because decay was left behind and the fillings were not smooth, making it difficult to floss. I am OVER Aspen Dental. Went to a dental cleaning with them back in March. I never get fluoride treatment because my insurance doesn’t cover it. At that visit, I was not asked if I wanted fluoride or not. The hygienist just put it on my teeth, and then I subsequently had a $45.00 balance on my account. I got a letter from a collections agency notifying me of the balance that was sent to them from Aspen. Have always had a bi-annual standard cleanings at family dentist I’ve had since I was a child and now looking for a new dentist after moving. I still have 2 baby teeth! Aspen diagnosed me with gum disease and said I had to have deep clean and Bone Scaling. BS! I requested just a standard cleaning and they refused to provide me with my free cleaning the insurance covered 100%. It would be over 2 sessions costing me $200! Aspen Dental demanded that I go through a procedure that was unnecessary, unwanted and expensive in order to have my teeth cleaned. They are ripping people off!

We have only been in the area for 8 months and have already had to be rescheduled 4 times, myself 3 times because my dentist could not come to the office. We also scheduled our son for an appointment over 5 months ago and they called us 3 days before hand to tell us that they won't be open that day (how do you not notice this more than 3 days beforehand) and had the nerve to try and tell me they tried calling and texting which is an utter lie and want me to wait another couple months to get my son in...
