I never felt comfortable there. I felt as if I was in this big dental machine, no real personal time with the hygienist or dentist. The hygienist spent less than a minute looking at my teeth and by memory wrote in my chart all of the “issues” with gum recession. I felt like I was a cash cow to them. I would not recommend this practice to anyone and I will not be going back myself.
No insurance so they took $6,650 up front and said everything would be fine. It's been a month and a half and nothing is fine. Had a appointment this friday and just got a call that they to reschedule for 2 weeks from now. Do not use them they will take your money up front and leave you disfigured.
Wish I could give a 0 Star second time I’ve come and they charge you for stuff that is not needed my insurance covers my cleanings 100% and they wanna tell me $54 for added on fluoride products... I didn’t ask for that I only need my cleaning I won’t be back after this. This place is only trying to get money and not everyone has it to give do better people.
If i could give 0 stars i would. It was my biggest mistake when I chose this place. It's horrible, I went there to see if I can pull out my 2 wisdom teeth. that was November 2017 they started saying that I need to fix my teeth first because they were getting bad. Because I had no experience with the dentist they did good to make me accept their offer to fix my teeth. That was another mistake I did. Overpriced for sure! I will be looking for to go back to my previous Dentist!!
Very over priced. Even with insurance they wanted more than my regular dentist. Did advise me that I could cancel the insurance, which i did. I liked the dentist but wasn’t impressed with the hygienist who only saw the worst and made a point in trying to impress me on expensive procedures. Funny the hygienist I have seen for years now hasn’t seen the same things. Back to my regular dentist and happy not to return to Aspen ever again.
This place is a joke. They charged me $916.00 for a cleaning. That is all! Please read all their reviews before making the bad decision like I did. They told me I have all kinds of things wrong that I don't have. I got a second opinion and they had no idea what this place was even talking about. They are a rip off!
Told my Mom if she didn't come in to get her cleaning then the dental hygienist would loose her license. We even asked again if she meant that if my mom cancel her appointment then the hygienist would loose her license. She stated yes she has to do the deep cleaning every 3 months and if she doesn't they will take her license. I am a nurse and I have never been told if a patient doesn't come in for a cleaning the person looses their license.
