First let me say that "dental" staff is outstanding - best I have had in years! However, the office staff could use some customer service training. I had an appointment at 8 AM, arrived at 7:50AM, no one else in the waiting room or parking lot. When I went to the desk to check in I was told my appointment had been cancelled since I did not call to verify. I did, however, verify via e-mail - not good enough. The staff is very friendly. The estimate I received for all the work I needed done was crazy high compared to other dentists in Minot. Not planning on having anything major done there.
