Please don’t go here! My mom had to get cavities filled today and they didn’t finish she has a hole in one tooth and her face is so swollen she can’t open her eyes and is in the ER currently. They filed her front tooth as thin as a fingernail! My poor mother looks so horrible, do not go here unless absolutely necessary!

Do not use Aspen Dental.. they advertise free appointments on your first visit and I received a bill today for a initial first time check and nothing done. Last time I checked FREE is FREE. Corrupt business practices and said I needed all my fillings pulled and new ones put in cost 7500 dollars. Some are 2 months old at the time. I went and got a second opinion and the dentist said that they have had alot of complaints about them lying to ppl to make a dollar. Be careful of this business..

The dentist is great... however his lab techs not so much. I’m on my second temporary plate the first one extremely off centered to the right, gum line sat way high very painful top plate... now to this new plate I received last Thursday night, I was so excited to get it, it seemed centered and def a lot less painful. The reason for that I found out by the time I got home was the denture is way to big for my mouth. Had an appointment for the day after Memorial Day (May 28th) for a regular scheduled 6month cleaning. Was called the Friday before (May 24th) and was told no hygienist was on duty for the day and they needed to reschedule. No big deal, I can reschedule....but when the administrative assistant told me it would be next April or May of 2020...that didn’t fly! I said I can’t do that and we needed to find something sooner. Had a very disappointing visit the first time I went here. Probably one of the most unorganized places i've ever been to. I scheduled my appointment online and printed all the forms to fill out before my appointment. My appointment was at 8:15. I showed up 15 minutes before hand like they requested, signed in, and sat down. There were only two other people there at that time. I have been going to the dentist every 6 months for years. I recently moved and was looking for a new dentist. I went to Aspen Dental in Minot and suddenly (and amazingly I might add) my teeth needed 'deep cleaning', filling replacement, bite guard, etc (seems like somebody got a new boat). My wife had similar experience, they even said her 5 year old crown needs to be replaced. Aspen Dental won't see another dime of mine again, I'd rather go to a used car lot, less pressure!

Went for my new patient appointment at the same time as my kids in August. Needed to make a return appointment for my cleaning. No extensive work needed, just a simple cleaning. Totally fine with that. First one available is MID OCTOBER. Ok, new place lots of new patients thanks to Tricare changes. Fine. October works. Get a call a few days before my appointment, have to reschedule. Fine.....until first available is now END OF DECEMBER. Ok, Ok...let's do that.
