Aspen Dental tried to rob me. Took X-rays, did not show me, did not give me a cleaning. Took me into a room to tell me I had stage 2 gum disease, 3 cavities, my overbite fixed, and my wisdom teeth pulled. Asked me how Id like to pay $5K, and I needed this done immediately so I don’t lose anymore bone…I WAS FREAKING OUT! Ive had 2 cavities and Im 43 years old! I take care of my teeth. Cutesy commercials but horrible care. My son is a quadriplegic. We recently moved him back to this area. He tries so hard to be as independent as he can be with caregivers and only living on social security disability with Medicare and Medicaid. He has to schedule rides to anywhere almost two weeks in advance. He was excited to get in to your office and it was nearby. However, you demanded he pay up front. We went in for a couple of cleanings for my kids. The office was filthy....... during this world wide pandemic I would expect a spotless office. The floors were very dirty. The office chairs they use in back have a layer of nasty dirt on bottom of them. The dental chairs also had the same dirty grime all over the bottoms. I have been coming to aspen dental for years but lately they keep canceling my appointments the night before because they say they schedule them incorrectly or the doctor is not there . This is like the 4 th time I’ve had to reschedule (and my third trip ) for the same appointment and now I’ve been in the waiting room for an hour. wont take my dog there for dental work..ladies in front and the assistants are great but they wont do 1 thing you want until they put you on a plan and wanna bill your insurance
I have a protruding bone in my upper jaw they were so busy to get to the next patient they paid no attention to me. This BONE did just not appear! They are neglectful and wouldn't recommend their factory to anyone! They just tried to force a denture in my mouth when doctor looked at me again he said "how did that get there?"
