I called last week to make an appointment for my 6 year old son for an exam/cleaning/xrays and to discuss extraction of 4 bottom front baby teeth (since adult teeth are coming in behind). I was quoted a price of no more than $200-$300 for the exam and $124 per tooth extraction. I gave them all the necessary details up front and was never told that they don’t work on children. Customer service is lacking. My dads dentures are way to big. But they will not adjust them properly. Ongoing problem and nobody can give me a straightforward solution. Constant run around and no follow up on their side.
If I could give less then poor I would. My mom got dentures there in May 2017, broke 1st time in August 2017, they "fixed" them, they broke again September 2017, I asked for refund or new, they said no, had 7 year guarantee, "sixed them again. broke today Jan 21 2018, I called said I waned her money back, they said no only has a 90 day money back guarantee the would replace. Well, they broke 1st time within 90 days. It is a 45 minute drive each way, Not a happy person! Do not recommend at all~!!!!!
My son had an appt. and they scheduled to have a tooth pulled and he paid $200 down. He ended up losing his job before they were to do the work and he called the day before to cancel his appt. and was told he would receive a refund in 10days. Would give a negative but not an option.Called Wednesday to schedule emergent appointment for my son...soonest to get him in was today at 215.Ok...running a little behind and called to let then know and was told "you didn't verify appointment so it wasn't set".What???? First time going today and won't be back. You can't treat patients with disrespect if they don't have the money to get work done. You cannot laugh in someone's face when they're in writhing pain. Rusty, the consultant at the desk, is rude and does not treat customers with respect. I will not be back and I will tell everyone not to go to this dentist until this is resolved. Just be a decent person, how hard is that?
