They were very professional and I have to say, it went against all I had heard about them. My husband thought DDS Laughlin was fabulous. He made sure he was comfortable through the complete process. The office Manger was also very professional and also makes you feel comfortable. The day I reviewed Aspend was the day my husband had his teeth pulled. My appointment that I scheduled six months ago was cancelled without my knowledge. When I arrived at the office this morning, I was informed that I would have to reschedule. It was very unprofessional and unacceptable to me.
We changed dentist after 30 years for the better x-ray exams. My daughter went from maybe 1 cavity to 9.... Plus they offer fluoride after age 18
Place is a joke - always trying to scam to get more $. Both the office manager and employees were unprofessional - tried charging me a higher cost for work done than an out of network provider would have - if they are in your network avoid at all cost !
We had a Great experience at Aspen! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and maybe a 5 minute wait time!! Highly recommend this place.
We live an hour away from Moline...I got a phone confirmation of my daughter & my husband's appts the day before as well as text message confirmations for both 2 hours before the appt. We both took time off of work and pulled our daughter out of school for this appointment and then drove an hour for them to call to reschedule as we were pulling into the lot. *****************UPDATE******************* 04/08/16 My family of 5 will no longer be going to Aspen Dental. Tried for months to get them to fix the claim sent to the insurance company. Instead in February they resent the claim finally saying a child but that she was seen in February instead of September, so I know I'm going to have problems with the cleaning she just had this week....b/c it hasn't been 6 months since February so the insurance company won't cover it.
