Never again. Dr offered to prescribe me hydrocodone, and then prescribed ibuprofen. When I asked why I was treated like a drug addict. Rusty laughed in my face at my frustration and I have never had to wait on the dentists office for two hours for A simple exam. The Dr recommended me to a surgeon and when I brought this up rusty said the doctor didn't mention anything and treated me like I was dumb for mentioning it.
AWFUL, DONT GO. HUBBYS JAW BONE WAS CUT AND LEFT EXPOSED AND DID THE DR. BOTHER TO TELL HIM OR SUTURE IT UP NOPE. MY HUBBY WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN , ANOTHER DENTIST TOOK PIC OF THE EXPOSED JAW BONE. THERE ONLY OUT FOR MONEY WE PAID 20,000.00 CASH AND HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE CRAP CHECK to SEE WHY ASPEN HAS SO MANY LAW SUITS , AND THE OFFICE MANAGER SHOULDNT BE THERE VERY RUDE AND LIES ALOT. DONT TRUST THEM
They wanted to do like 2,600 worth of work on my mouth. I had a abcess and my mouth was really sore. I told them that they couldn't just shove those plastic things in my mouth. Didn't listen. They were all in a hurry as I was the last appointment for the day. Rushed thru my x-rays. Rushed thru my exam. The dentist didn't even talk to me directly. Not once. If I could give them a zero, I would. Only a consultation since I hadn't been there in a couple years. Office manager very unprofessional and disrespectful. I scheduled with a specific dentist and waited over 1 1/2 hours and a different dentist walked in. He ran his chair into my son's head as he was laying in the chair. I'm assuming the dentist I got just graduated or maybe he's just not great. He drilled so hard into one of my teeth and drilled too far so I need to get a root canal now. When I say he was doing hard, I mean he was holding my face with one hand so he could push harder with the other. So my tooth was hurting (even though it didn't before he "filled my cavity) and I went back and he decided that I needed to get a root canal. Awesome. Had a root canal done there...twice. Once in November, and again in December. After still being in alot of pain, I went somewhere else. Aspen did it incorrectly and I had to have it totally redone. Staff very unprofessional as well, talking bad about other patients to each other while working on my shoddy root canal. Also, very pricy, especially for such subpar work.
