A few weeks back Aspen had a Doctor filling in due to the regular Doctor at this location being sick, on vacation, or whatever the reason was. The fill in Doctor, Dr. Kelly made sexual comments towards an employee. Very unprofessional and very sickening of him to do. I am writing this review because it's bothering me to think about the comments he could be making towards other employees. The employee that Dr. Kelly said these absurd comments to is scared and afraid to say anything.
Their prices are crazy. And they tell you that you have to do things that don't need to be done before they well fix what you want done.
People, run do not walk away from this dental office. Please read the reviews on line that are not posted by Aspen Dental. You will be horrified. Each office competes against other offices for billing dollars. They also have a credit scam going. They consistently do dental work that is not required. Sent me two bills that got to me late, unable to get billing issues fixed because I get sent into a circle of calls with offices that have weird hours. Was told to email them and never received a response. Won't be going back to any of their offices.

Had appointment 3 hrs later still there x-rays exam finally in pain busted tooth didn't offer even an antibiotic or nothing that was it other than money and insurance options didn't care how I was feeling or in pain

I wouldn't even give them a one!! Horrible experience. Would NEVER recommend!! Not even for an animal. Worse experience I've ever had.

My fair rating had nothing to do with the employs they were all very nice and professional. My problem was with my appointment. I had a 11:00 appointment and showed up at 10:45. There were 4 other people in the waiting area none with appointments none have been there before. Come 11:05 all 4 people were taken back and I was left sitting. These 4 walk ins were given my 11:00 appointment. This was my fourth visit and if this happens again it will be my last.
