I am continually treated poorly by the office staff in the Muncie office. They treat my husband wonderfully. They will bill him for any insurance copay but continually overcharge me when I go. It is a constant battle. And I am the insurance holder. It seems like an attitude difference between the treatment of men and women.

Aspen Dental has been very disappointing to us and I do not feel that we could recommend them. Linda has been trying to get finished with her lower dentures since last fall but it keeps dragging on? I paid for three post to be put in her lower mouth to hold the dentures in place. Two of the post were put in and we were told that there was not enough bone to put a third in. We accepted that and waited for healing so the teeth could be put in. A few weeks later one of the post came out and needed replaced. This was suppose to ... read more
