I had a great experience! Megan, Tiarra, Dr. Kerry and even the "money lady" were all completely professional and kind, and although, I do not look forward to having my teeth worked on, I know that I will be in good hands with this crew when I do.
Had I known how kind and caring Dr Shamsi and staff would be, I would not have severely put off what needed to be dealt with so badly. Dr. Shamsi' s gentle supportive voice got me through. No panic attacks, he won't let it happen, talk you right out of it. My neglect was not exactly easy for the man to deal with, I am sure, but you would never know watching him making things right in the world of dentistry.
