If you read the reviews from the BBB and the Tennessee Department of Consumer affairs you'll stay so far away from this place some of the reviews will make your hair stand on end

While I had my first experience with Aspen Dental today the only thing good was the dentist that had a great smile and friendly attitude. After having my appointment rescheduled because they double booked I get there today only to have them refuse to see my son because they don't take my insurance. While this I could understand if their website did not show that yes they do take my insurance and two they had already treated my daughter (same insurance). Initial visit was pleasant and explanation was clear. I am speaking on behalf of my elderly mother. She was referred to peridontist. While making that appt she informed me she needed xrays, she seemed aggrevated that aspen did not give them to me at time of referral so i go back get xrays receive bill in mail for $100. I think it is sneaky and unprofessional to not mention this during referral. Didnt mind paying it for once the peridontist work is done we would return to aspen. My first visit was very good, the employees were very friendly and they were very thorough in explaining what treatments were needed. My only problem is the cost for the treatments is out of range for me.

Office manger is unprofessional! I will never go to an aspen for dental services and I will tell my friends and clients what an unprofessional place this is!
