Offer the services that i came in for. I felt like i was at a used car dealership. From the opening script of " oh , my boyfriend's name is Josh" that you tell all the customers to the sitting with finance person before you get your service, to tell you your bill is $1900 for stuff you dint even agree to. I walked out because i was waiting for the manager to explain why i could not just get my simple teeth cleaning that i wanted. No one ever called me back as promised. After wasting 3 hours in their office, they presented me with a 17K+ estimate for dental work. After getting not only a 2nd but 3rd opinion, I got ALL the work done that was covered in their estimate PLUS braces for less than 8K. Read their online reviews, this is NOT a reputable business, these people are scam artists. Their entire business model is based off of ripping people off. They do great work but don't trust their quoted over the phone price. My price was more than double what I was quoted even though it was a basic extraction.

The wait is ridiculous never fails every single time .....appointment at 4 and still waiting! If your here for a tooth pull and they find another minor issue they'll go ahead and do it even though there are other people with appointments waiting they'll make u wait hours with no cares..... terrible

The staff and Dr were great. Listened to all I had to say but when came to treatment plan and it was $13,000 and I didn’t have these funds was given my walking papers. Called back and emailed to see if I had a less expensive alternative but no return call or follow up email. So I guess if you don’t have $13,000 Tongans over it is good by and don’t let the door kick You in the behind.
A friend of mine had dental work done yesterday, with a follow up appointment today. We arrived 30 minutes early only to find a locked door and several other patients waiting in their cars for appointments times that had passed. No note on the door, no call to patients. Very unprofessional!
I went to Aspen Dental and they did not get my work done in a timely manner. Waiting more than 6 wks for work to be done. Disappointed in service
