they have the worst customer service my husband has ever experienced. Never go there again! He went for a dental emergency and after he was examined told he would need to return another time if there was a cancellation. We notified our insurance company. He went to another dentist .

I went in with major infection and no money and these people possibly saved my life. I had no idea how sick I was till I got better.

The Aspen dental at Creekside in New Braunfels Texas location are all awesome from the front desk all the way till I walked out the door..They not only took me in without an appointment, but they pulled my bad tooth that another dentist would not pull. They also got me approved with a financial payment plan that I can afford to get all my teeth pulled and top quality dentures put in.I go on the 26th to get that done. I'm a little freaked out about doing that..but I am so ready to say goodbye to toothaches.

I went in for a severe cavity and tooth and set appointment for 2 days later and while I waited I was given Tylenol 3. A glorified aspirin. Needless to say I have been in pain with no sleep or any pain reduction. I understand idiots have ruined it for people who really need pain relief. Not a happy coustomer

I had called their # to get a price on a cleaning and crown. She stated that a cleaning was $70 and a crown $700......WRONG. When I arrived they ex-ray my teeth...first an inexperienced person is putting an element into my mouth that damaged my skin....finally someone comes around the corner to do it right. Then they have my teeth evaluated...by each tooth. Then the Dentist comes in and evaluates. Then they send me to a person to give me a bill.....WHAT no cleaning??? NO, they wanted $425 to clean and $1000 for crown.... read more

Called to schedule cleaning put on hold and then they hung up on me. Just got a call to reschedule my cleaning due to hygience not being available less than 24 hours before my appointment. Very unprofessional also my daughter had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room.

I did not want to go to two different dentists because of the studs that hold my teeth in place. I ordered the most expensive false teeth. The uppers I don't have a problem with. The problem was with the bottom teeth where the studs are. It felt like they were pulling. One of the studs fell out and I am lucky I didn't swallow it. So I went back and had it put back in. It had been about 6-7 years since I had last been to a dentist because I had no insurance, and this office caught everything that was wrong with my dental health. I was given a treatment plan that works for me, they work with me on the financials so I can easily pay for my treatments, and so far so good! I love my dentist Dr. Altawaty (very kind) and my hygienists are great. I know I have quite the dental journey but I feel comfortable that this office will get me to where I want to be.

The X-ray technician and station were a hot mess. The gal was not prepared. She had to interrupt to search for the X-ray drape shield. Then had to interrupt to find the USB cord with the reader on it. Once that was set, she had to interrupt again because the camera wouldn't stay where she put it and she had to find someone to push the button while she physically held it in place. Ridiculous.
