I've never been so disappointed in a company in my life, I'm in my 60's, BTW. My dentist there is the best, Dr Akkram & his 2 assistants too (Daniel & Andrea?), but the way the management runs the office & lab is POOR.

I called Aspen Dental for a teeth cleaning and made an appointment for this cleaning. I arrived at the cleaning appointment only to be told I needed a full set of x-rays, radiation, and a complete evaluation by the doctor and would have to schedule my cleaning for a later date. LONG WAIT AND HOLD TIMES! This staff is friendly but don't count on being seen anywhere close to your appointment time. The last 3 times I have been there I have been seen an hour past. They have even told me they double and triple book the doctors. Phone hold time is usually more than 5 minutes for a simple question.
